AAA Northeast in Westwood, MA is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support sales, service, and daily operations. This role offers development opportunities, a daytime schedule, and a path to branch leadership.

You will coach staff, ensure service excellence, and help manage inventory, deposits, and member transactions. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of customer service in sales, 1+ year of supervisory experience, and a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 4+ years Customer Service experience with a focus in Sales.
• 1+ years Lead / Supervisory experience required.
• Must pass state/federal background check during pre and post hiring per requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support and Staff Development: supervision of branch employees; Coaching, mentoring and KPI monitoring to achieve branch goals.
• Daily Operations: cash handling, reporting, asset security, deposits, inventory, and facility standards.
• Member Service: service delivery across all channels, registry and TSA transactions, and building member relationships.
