Job summary

AAA Northeast seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to help lead daily operations, support sales and staff development, and ensure an outstanding member experience. You will supervise branch employees, coordinate training, monitor KPIs, and partner with the Sales and Service Manager to drive goals.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 4+ years Customer Service experience with a focus in Sales required.
• 1+ years lead/supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch employees and coach staff to meet performance KPIs.
• Ensure daily branch operations including cash handling, reports, and security.
• Process member transactions (Registry Services, TSA) accurately and securely.
• Represent AAA Northeast in the community and build partnerships.
