Job summary

You will lead and coach Associate Bankers, greet clients, plan staffing, oversee audits and loss-prevention, and actively promote self-service options to keep the branch welcoming and efficient.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience or retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach Associate Bankers to deliver seamless service while ensuring policies, procedures, and banking transactions are followed.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to run day-to-day operations and create a welcoming branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients warmly and build trusted relationships through genuine care.
• Plan staffing to meet branch needs and communicate priorities throughout the day.
• Oversee branch operations, loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth and secure operations.
• Engage clients with clear communication and guide them to self-service options.
• Promote self-service options to enable clients to access accounts any time.
