Qualifications

• Active and valid Series 7 license.
• Active and valid Series 66 license (63/65) may be obtained within 90 days.
• Active and valid Series 9/10 license may be obtained within 90 days.
• Active and valid Life and Health Insurance license may be obtained within 120 days.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent work-related experience.
• 4+ years financial sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide service, advice, and leadership at the local market level.
• Inspire your team of financial professionals with investment guidance and client support.
• Increase branch revenue while expanding the client base.
• Sales coaching, process management, training delivery, performance management and recognition.
• Interview prospective employees, collaborate with business partners, share best practices, and ensure compliance.
