The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of financial services experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for member service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of financial services or related member-focused experience.
• Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising staff strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations.
• Coach, train, and mentor Member Service Representatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Act as Branch Manager in their absence.
