Job summary

Regional Finance is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver outstanding customer service and manage daily operations in a consumer loan environment. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, loan processing, and proactive customer outreach to grow branch performance.

The position offers full-time hours, a weekday schedule with occasional Saturdays, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k). A monthly bonus is available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in sales/retail or cash handling.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and security.
• Grow account volume through customer solicitations in-branch and by phone.
• Minimize delinquent debt through calls and collections.
• Post payments to customer accounts per policy.
• Transport money and deposits to and from bank.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
