Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments and maintain accuracy.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed branch loan sales targets through proactive outreach.
• Build relationships with customers through the full loan lifecycle.
• Train and coach new team members toward leadership roles.
• Apply underwriting techniques to drive informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent accounts and arrange payment plans.
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
