Regional Finance in Meridian, MS is hiring an Assistant Manager to drive loan sales and deliver personal service in a fast-paced, on-site role. You will lead by example, help customers secure tailored financial solutions, and coach teammates.

The role requires 3+ years in a sales environment, cash handling, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include health, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Exceed loan sales targets and drive growth through proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships across the loan lifecycle.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members.
• Apply underwriting techniques to lending decisions.
• Manage delinquent accounts (1–30 days) via calls/texts/emails.
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
