Qualifications

• Collaborative, detail-oriented candidate with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience guiding a team and supervising staff in a branch or similar setting.
• Background in customer service and cash handling within a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations in the Branch Manager's absence.
• Interview members for loan applications and assist with the loan process.
• Resolve member inquiries regarding products or services.
• Provide excellent member service and ensure accurate teller transactions.
• Mentor and supervise branch personnel when the Branch Manager is unavailable.
