Job summary

You will mentor staff, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and uphold the Bank’s mission. Required is prior supervisory experience and strong communication with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Must have at least 18 months of prior experience in customer service and retail sales.
• Equipped to supervise tellers and personal bankers with coaching and performance evaluations.
• Ability to manage branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Lead branch operations under Branch/Regional Manager supervision.
