Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Branch Manager for the Main Branch in Oklahoma City. The role supports the Branch Manager in directing day-to-day teller and lobby operations, ensuring service and growth plans are met.

Attendance is essential. This floating position includes mileage reimbursement and a bilingual preference (Spanish/English) with a bilingual bonus. The candidate will supervise a floating team across branches and coordinate with the call center to meet performance

Qualifications

• Experience in branch banking or credit union operations.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities in a team setting.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Main Branch Manager in directing teller and lobby operations.
• Monitor branch activities for compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support cash management, vault balancing, and ATM operations.
• Provide training and supervision to staff, ensuring service goals.
• Represent the branch in relations with members and partners.
