• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Manage budgets and allocate branch funds to meet financial objectives.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Solicit new loan and deposit business; adhere to ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other offices for issue resolution; assist supervisor as needed.
