Join Town & Country Federal Credit Union as a motivated individual focused on empowering members to manage their finances. Your role will involve conducting loan interviews and underwriting loans, assisting members with account openings, and supporting the Branch Manager in employee development.

You will need three to five years of related experience and strong interpersonal skills. This position is available at one of our branches in South Portland, Portland, Scarborough, or Saco and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related work experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills: building relationships and resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct loan interviews and underwrite loans.
• Assist members with opening new accounts.
• Support the Branch Manager with employee development.
• Conduct coaching sessions for staff.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager.
