Job summary

Town & Country FCU in Maine seeks a Branch Manager to lead a branch team, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional member service. You will drive lending activity, open accounts, and support members in achieving financial goals within a cooperative framework.

With 3–5 years in related roles and a 2-year degree (or equivalent certification), you will coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and uphold regulatory standards alongside the credit union’s lending philosophy.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with members and provide first-class service.
• Conduct loan interviews and underwrite loans, review loan documents for compliance.
• Assist members with opening new accounts and service requests.
• Direct, develop, motivate, and coach branch staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
