Regional Finance is hiring for an on-site Assistant Manager role in Burleson, Texas. You will drive loan sales, build relationships with customers, and coach team members while applying underwriting and sales tools to inform lending decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets, driving volume and conversion through proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the full loan lifecycle—while recommending tailored financial solutions.
• Assist in the training and coaching of new team members, providing a culture of growth for yourself and your team.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1-30 days past due) through outbound calls, texts, and emails, working with borrowers to resolve past‑due balances through payment arrangements, extensions, or other approved solutions.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in all lending activities.
• Clearly educate and inform customers on loan terms and optional products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their options.
