Job summary

Coastal1 Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for the Tower Hill Road branch in North Kingstown, RI. The ABM will support daily branch operations, assist the Branch Manager, and ensure exceptional member service while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in teller and member services functions.
• Must register/be registered by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Advise members on consumer and commercial accounts and assist in selecting products.
• Manage daily operations in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Cross-sell Coastal1 products and services to members.
• Originate new accounts and loan/equity requests as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/MIP/OFAC procedures and related records.
