Responsibilities

• Develops branch growth and profitability targets.
• Manages loans including approvals and lending within delegated authority.
• Maintains delinquency control and engages with delinquencies as needed.
• Delegates daily assignments for soliciting new and existing customers.
• Oversees hiring, termination, and salary administration.
• Exemplifies impeccable customer service in all interactions.
• Ensures timely communication of information to branch staff.
• Follows up on audit results and recommendations.
