Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory work record adhering to Bank Policies.
• Post high school education or one year in banking preferred.
• Bank reserves right to schedule Tellers/FSRs by location and needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule tellers to ensure efficiency and service coverage.
• Process teller transactions accurately and courteously for bank customers.
• Actively promote products and services and maintain knowledge of offerings.
• Prepare performance reviews for Retail staff with Branch Manager.
• Open and close all types of deposit accounts and handle consumer loans from application to closing.
• Assist with Branch Manager responsibilities in their absence at Bettendorf location.
• Perform safe deposit box duties including opening, closing, maintenance and access.
• Operate teller cash drawer and conduct branch cash audits.
