Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; finance/business education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch operations run smoothly (vault/cash drawer balancing, coin counter, cash advance machines, check scanner, debit card machine).
• Develop Universal Tellers and keep them informed about policies and procedures.
• Provide consistent coaching and motivate the team to succeed.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
