• Customer Engagement: Connect with clients and prospects, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Review and approve transactions per policy and maintain accuracy.
• Performance & Standards: Meet branch performance metrics with emphasis on security and compliance.
