Qualifications

• Supervise and schedule tellers to ensure efficiency at both Muscatine locations.
• Identify and pursue selling opportunities; record sales as trained.
• Coach and schedule Retail staff; assist Branch Manager in evaluations.
• Process consumer loans from application to closing and manage deposit accounts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tellers and schedule staffing to maintain service levels.
• Promote bank products and services; maintain knowledge of offerings.
• Record sales and cross-sell opportunities with customers and prospects.
• Prepare performance reviews for Retail staff; assist Branch Manager as needed.
• Complete consumer loan processes from application to closing.
• Open/close deposit accounts and handle customer service issues.
• Counsel customers on policy exceptions and special problems.
• Assist with Branch Manager duties in their absence at Muscatine location.
• Perform safe deposit box duties and cash audits.
