You will own assigned tasks and contribute to branch success, building relationships in the community and guiding customers through loan contracts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work hard, take direction and provide excellent customer service.
• Compliance with all rules and regulations and integrity.
• Strong numerical comfort and basic math.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in lending, collections, retail, or sales a plus.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to learn new software.
