Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, college coursework a plus.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic math skills and comfort with numbers.
• Ability to learn new software and operate standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, local businesses and community.
• Complete loan applications and explain loan contracts.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help resolve issues.
• Assist in collecting past due balances when needed.
