Courtesy Finance is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Chattanooga to help customers access affordable financing and provide fast, friendly service. You will build relationships and guide clients through loan applications, explaining terms and options. A strong focus on service and integrity is essential.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and basic math skills. Applicants should have at least 1 year in customer service, with lending experience a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Experience in lending or consumer finance is a plus.
Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers and the local community.
Complete loan applications and explain loan terms.
Deliver excellent customer service and help resolve issues.
Assist in collecting past-due balances when needed.
