Charles Schwab is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to drive growth and enhance client outcomes within the local market. You will partner with the Branch Manager to execute strategy, expand relationships, and grow assets while mentoring a high-performing team.

You will lead with strong listening and clear communication to align stakeholders, navigate market needs, and deliver a consistent Schwab experience. The route offers leadership development and a clear path to Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• Valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Hold or obtain FINRA Series 66 (or Series 63/65) license.
• Hold or obtain FINRA Series 9 and 10 (or Series 8) licenses.
• Hold or obtain Life and Health Insurance license.
• CFP designation preferred.
