• Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations and team performance
• Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates in positions that align with client needs and candidate goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication
• Partner with team members on business development initiatives, recruiting strategies, and account growth
• Coach, mentor, and support team members with training, development, and accountability
• Monitor branch activity, performance metrics, and operational goals
• Conduct proactive candidate marketing and networking to identify top talent
• Help create a positive, motivating, and team-oriented culture
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workforce strategies, and operational standards
• Deliver a high level of professionalism, urgency, and customer service to both clients and candidates
