Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Boutique Director for its Houston luxury boutique. The role supports the Boutique Director in daily operations, people management and delivering exceptional client service.

You will help drive sales, oversee brand standards, merchandising, CRM activities and back-office processes while stepping in on the floor when needed. A strong retail background and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with at least 2 years in a retail management role.
• Previous luxury retail experience required
• Knowledge of the timepieces industry desired

Responsibilities

• Assist the Boutique Director with daily boutique operations and staff management
• Provide the highest level of customer service, clienteling and after-sales support
• Ensure brand integrity, merchandising and display rotation in line with HQ guidelines
• Manage back-office tasks including weekly sales reporting, inventory controls and returns logistics
• Support the team in achieving financial targets, including sales and discount management
• Assist with boutique events, activations and social media updates
• Maintain and update the CRM customer database
• Support staff scheduling, mentoring and on-floor coaching

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Director supports the Boutique Director in all boutique operations and staff management to maximize boutique performance. The role helps drive sales, ensures brand standards and visual merchandising, and oversees back-office and inventory processes. The Assistant Boutique Director also acts as the manager on the floor when the Boutique Director is absent and supports events and CRM activities.
