Summary

Temporary Boutique Operations Supervisor for the New York flagship responsible for boutique operational support and reporting to the Flagship Director. Ensures efficiency of administration, inventory, operations and logistics while collaborating with the sales team. Acts as a Maison ambassador, supporting compliance, audit readiness and local business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Support overall boutique operations and partner with management on daily tasks and special projects
• Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accurate, timely paperwork submission to corporate
• Perform daily boutique opening and closing setup and ensure administrative procedures are followed
• Oversee inventory control processes to protect stock integrity and prevent losses
• Manage operations in line with brand and group compliance policies and coordinate post-audit action plans
• Maintain relationships with local Finance, Audit and Security teams and coordinate suppliers and vendors for boutique maintenance
• Participate in CRM and clienteling initiatives, lead by example and share best practices with the team

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• 2+ years' experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus
• Organized, curious, enthusiastic and solution-driven with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter and team-player able to manage multiple tasks with precision
• Available to work retail hours including nights and weekends and able to meet the physical demands of the role
