Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Boutique Director in Aspen to drive sales and elevate brand image. You will lead store operations, client development, and visual merchandising while managing staffing, inventory, events, and partnerships to grow the client base and meet annual sales goals.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure efficient processes, loss prevention, and outstanding customer service in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience or knowledge of fine jewelry preferred.
• Strong computer skills including SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and ability to develop client relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
