Job summary
Maxim Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Behavior Analyst or Midlevel Supervisor to provide clinical support and case management to behavior technicians and clients under the supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes supervision, program development, and hands-on service delivery across home, school, or clinical settings.
The position requires a master's degree in a related field, BACB course enrollment, and BCBA exam prep.
Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
- Master's degree in social work, human services, education, counseling, psychology, or criminal justice; MA in ABA preferred.
- Experience providing behavioral services to children with autism or related disorders.
- Enrolled in BACB coursework and preparing for BCBA exam.
Responsibilities
- Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under supervision.
- Oversees Behavior Technicians and conducts supervision for caseloads.
- Trains technicians, families and school staff on behavior change plans and skill goals.
- Monitors progress and effectiveness of behavioral programs under BCBA supervision.
- Provides behavioral services to children with autism or other disorders as outlined in plans.
