Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Vienna, VA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to manage clinical supervisors and personnel in the behavioral services line. You will lead supervision, ensure clinical quality, and collaborate with families and clients to uphold standards of care.

Requirements include active BCBA certification and 4+ years in ABA, plus supervisory experience. Strong communication, leadership, and budget oversight are essential; a supportive operations team backs clinical work.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and four years of ABA field experience.
• Two years of business-line experience and at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising behavioral services for diverse populations (toddlers to adults) preferred.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BCBA Clinical Supervisors, evaluating performance and providing development opportunities based on KPIs and training needs.
• Oversee clinical care and quality of behavioral services, supervising clinicians and coordinating with families.
• Partner with office leadership to ensure appropriate staffing and support business/marketing decisions.
• Provide supervised fieldwork to BCBA/BCaBA candidates and ongoing supervision to RBTs/BCaBAs.
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, local regulations and Maxim requirements.
• Ensure license/certification status is current and in good standing; enforce internal certifications.
