Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Vienna, VA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide management and oversight of clinical supervisors and clinical personnel within the behavioral business line.

The role leads the clinical team, ensures high-quality behavioral services, and partners with leadership to support staffing, client relations, and program compliance. It includes supervisory duties, fieldwork supervision, and adherence to federal/state requirements.

Qualifications

• Active license/certification in good standing as BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst where applicable
• Minimum of four years of experience in the applied behavior analysis field
• At least two years in the business line setting and one year of supervisory experience
• Experience supervising behavioral services for diverse age groups (toddlers to adults)
• Compliance with federal, state, local requirements and internal certifications/training
• Experience in quality management and budget management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership in hiring, training and staff development
• Experience with regulatory or payer audits or other required contracts

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors BCBA Clinical Supervisors, assessing performance and providing development opportunities based on KPIs and training needs
• Oversees overall clinical care and quality of behavioral services through supervision and collaboration with clients and families
• Partners with office leadership to ensure qualified staff levels and support business/marketing decisions
• Provides supervised fieldwork to trainees pursuing BCBA/BCaBA certification and ongoing supervision to RBTs/BCaBAs
• Ensures compliance with industry regulations and Maxim ensures contractual/program requirements
