Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Midlevel II Supervisor to provide clinical support and case management under a BCBA. The role supervises Behavior Technicians, develops intervention plans, and ensures program effectiveness in autism services.

The position requires a master's degree in a relevant field, BACB coursework, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Strong communication and computer skills are essential for coordinating with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, human services, drug and alcohol, education, counseling, psychology, or criminal justice. MA in ABA preferred.
• Enrolled in approved BACB courses and preparing for BCBA exam.

Responsibilities

• Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Oversees the work of Behavior Technicians as assigned by Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) or Operations Leader.
• Conducts face-to-face case and Behavior Technician supervision for assigned caseload.
• Assists Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments.
• Trains Behavior Technicians in implementation of behavior change plans and goals.
• Trains families, caregivers, and school staff in implementation of plans.
