Responsibilities

• Develops goals, programs, and behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Oversees Behavior Technicians and supervises caseloads.
• Performs face-to-face supervision and assessments as needed.
• Trains staff and families in behavior plan implementation.
• Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness under BCBA supervision.
• Provides behavioral services to children with autism or related disorders.
