Job summary

Bay ABA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision and case management for behavior technicians and clients under a BCBA. The role includes supervising staff, developing programs, and ensuring data-driven evaluation of goals.

You will maintain a clinical caseload, mentor technicians, and coordinate with the Clinical Director in a hybrid Bay Area setting. A Master’s degree and ABA supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills.
• Ability to analyze data and information to understand problems and effectively develop solutions.
• Self-disciplined and excellent time management skills with ability to schedule and attend client appointments and clinical team meetings with consistency, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with professionals in and outside of the field.
• Passion for developing and leading others.
• Effective communicator in both written and verbal formats.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Google Office Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Develop goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Assist with parent communications and parent trainings.
• Trains Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians.
• Oversee the work of Behavior Technicians and conduct competency reviews for direct reports.
• Provide ongoing individual program oversight and attend supervision meetings with the Clinical Director.
• Maintain behavioral data systems and collect data to evaluate plans and goals.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing standards and leading by example.
