Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. seeks qualified BCaBA/LABA professionals to support autism-related behavioral programs in a dynamic care team. The role includes supervision by a BCBA, developing plans, and training staff and families in behavior change strategies.

Qualifications

Holds license, certification (LABA, or BCaBA).
At least one year experience providing behavioral services to children with autism or related disorders.
Preferred experience in home, school, or community settings.
Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, clients.
CPR/BLS certification current.
At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Assist BCBA in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments.
Trains behavior technicians in implementation of behavior change plans.
Trains families, caregivers, and school staff in implementation of behavior change plans.
Assists BCBA in updating behavior change plans with progress.
Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness under supervision.
Trains new behavior technicians and job-specific training.
Provide behavioral services to children with autism or other behavioral disorders as outlined in the plan.
