Job summary

MAXIM HEALTHCARE SERVICES is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and young adults with autism and related needs in a supportive clinical environment.

You will work with BCBA-supervised programs, track progress using a mobile app, and help clients improve social and communication skills while following individualized behavior plans. Training and certification support are provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred.
• Current CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application
• Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Providesbehaviorsupportservices and crisis intervention
• Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor
