Base pay range

$100,000/yr - $110,000/yr

Compensation Information

• Base salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year
• Annual bonus potential: $6,000 (paid monthly)
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000 (new hire only)

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and develop treatment plans that recommend individualized and evidence‑based strategies
• Coordinate care with families and insurance providers
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams
• Create materials to support clients’ behavior plans
• Participate in quality assurance
• Provide supervisory oversight to behavioral direct‑care staff
• Mentor BCaBAs and BCBA trainees
• Monitor treatment progress, effectiveness, and update plans to support clients’ needs and learning styles

Qualifications

• An active license or certification in good standing (e.g., Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
• Experience providing behavioral services to toddlers, children, and adults preferred
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Proficiency in the English language
