Job summary

Executive Kia in Wallingford, CT is seeking an Automotive BDC Agent to deliver premium guest experiences and support the sales team. You will handle calls, web inquiries, and follow up with leads to set appointments, using scripts and templates and tracking activity in the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Participate in team and process development sessions—maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
