Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with positive attitude and customer interaction.
• Good communication and teamwork; ability to take directions.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.
• Housekeeping and sanitation; sanitize work area.
• Able to stand and lift requirements; operate equipment.
• Adhere to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines; Food Handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising department for productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of Bakery team.
• Execute rotation of merchandise and building of displays.
• Monitor in-coming cases for damaged items.
• Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and monitor the quality of Bakery product.
• Unload and sort through store deliveries, operate, and maintain deli equipment.
• Ensure the execution of all company health, safety, and sanitation guidelines/regulations.
