Qualifications

• Minimum two years of retail grocery experience with supervision.

• Experience in inventory control, order management, and merchandising.
• Must maintain safety and sanitation guidelines and hold a Food Handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in supervising bakery clerks and daily operations.
• Manage department merchandising for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, product quality, and staff supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays; monitor incoming cases for damage.
• Ensure excellent customer service and bakery product quality.
• Unload deliveries and operate deli equipment; follow health and safety rules.
