Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with 2+ years retail grocery experience and 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with customers.
• Strong communication and ability to take direction in a team.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Maintain department sanitation and safety; Food Handlers permit.
• Able to stand and lift items as required for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in leading department for productivity and profit.
• Order and inventory controls; supervise bakery team.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items.
• Ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
• Operate deli equipment and unload store deliveries.
• Enforce health and safety regulations across the team.
