Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail grocery with supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Be dependable and reliable with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Have outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Be able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation of the department.
• Be able to operate knives, scales, wrappers, and handling equipment as needed.
• Must be able to stand long shifts and lift heavy items as required.
• Adhere to safety regulations and obtain a Food Handlers permit.

• Assist the Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering and inventory controls and supervise the Bakery team.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items.
• Ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
• Unload and sort store deliveries and operate deli equipment.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team success.
