Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead the Bakery Clerks and assist the Bakery Manager in daily department operations. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You will manage inventory, ordering, displays, and ensure health and sanitation guidelines are followed while supporting a team-focused bakery operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail grocery experience.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer satisfaction through leadership of Bakery Clerks and daily supervision of Bakery operations.
• Assist in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Handle ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Bakery team.
• Rotate merchandise, build displays, and monitor incoming cases for damaged items.
• Ensure customer service excellence and compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
