Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in Dallas to support the Bakery Manager in delivering top-tier guest experiences and bakery operations. You will help lead cake production, merchandising and daily team activities to drive sales and uphold NbC standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, inventory, and coordination with the Bakery Manager to maintain a welcoming environment and strong brand presence in the local community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven success in coaching, training and directing team members toward productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes the guest experience and models a positive work environment.
• Leads all aspects of guest experience, cake production, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Supports recruiting, selecting and training team members and provides performance feedback.
• Ensures product, service and safety standards and adheres to NbC policies.
• Executes operations tasks like scheduling, ordering, payroll, and reporting.
• Co-manages special-order fulfillment for individuals and corporate accounts.
• Co-facilitates opening/closing, cash handling and deposits.
• Contributes to local marketing events to build brand presence.
• Maintains hands-on knowledge across bakery roles to support operations.
