Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with 2 years retail grocery experience and 2 years supervisory experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in supervising Bakery Department operations.
• Assist in merchandising for productivity and profit.
• Order, inventory controls, and supervise Bakery team.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and product quality.
