Job summary

SusieCakes in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Bakery General Manager. This full-time permanent role trains and leads the guest service team and supports the General Manager with guest service across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of managerial experience in luxury hospitality or food service, excellent communication, and a partner mindset for bakery growth. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead

EDUCATION:

• Associates or Bachelors degree with a focus in Business or Hospitality preferred
