Job summary

SusieCakes is seeking an Assistant Bakery General Manager in Brentwood, TN to lead guest service teams across multiple locations. The AGM will inspire, train, and support staff, while partnering with the General Manager to drive bakery performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2 years of managerial experience in luxury/hospitality or food service, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 annually.

• Two years of managerial/leadership experience in the luxury, hospitality, food service and/or retail industries.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.
