Job summary

SusieCakes in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager. This manager-in-training will inspire, train, and support the guest service team and assist the General Manager with guest service needs across multiple locations.

The role requires two years of managerial experience in luxury, hospitality, or retail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to train staff, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Salary: compensation $74,000 to $79,000 per year.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead

EDUCATION:

• Associates or Bachelors degree with a focus in Business or Hospitality preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
