Job summary

SusieCakes Bakery is seeking an Assistant General Manager in training to inspire, train, and support the guest service team across multiple locations. You will partner with the General Manager to meet guest service needs and help drive bakery success.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality instincts, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset to a fast-paced, friendly environment that values every guest experience. This role offers exposure to store operations and people development.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in business or hospitality preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and support the guest service team.
• Support the General Manager with guest service needs for multiple locations.
• Collaborate with Market Leader and GM to set objectives and improve bakery metrics.
• Work in a fast-paced, friendly environment to ensure great guest experiences.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is a manager in training role. They inspire, train, and support the guest service team. Additionally, they support the General Manager with the guest service needs for multiple locations.

EDUCATION

• Associates or Bachelors degree with a focus in Business or Hospitality preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
